COOPER The family of the late Patricia Cooper wish to say a sincere thank you to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, cards, messages of sympathy and donations to East Cheshire Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Care. Special thanks to Dr Bayliss & Toft Road Surgery, the Macmillan Nurses, the District Nurses & Crossroads, the out of hour NHS doctors, the Merseyside Ambulance Service and all the staff at the East Cheshire Hospice who all contributed to ensuring Pat’s life ended peacefully. The family would also like to thank Rev Nigel Atkinson for his ministrations and Barri Dodgson & his staff for their kindness and support in arranging the funeral.
