The quality of teaching and learning was also found to be outstanding with learners making excellent progress and being encouraged to achieve highly through challenging targets.
College principal David Collins said: "This latest inspection is another wonderful achievement for the college and to receive outstanding grades for all areas is a magnificent achievement.
"This perfect result is down to the hard work of all staff over a considerable period of time.
"I feel extremely proud to be principal of the sector's top college."
Peter Swift, director of studies and deputy principal, added: "The college continues to go from strength-to-strength and this latest Ofsted inspection reflects that.
