A PERFORMING arts group with Warrington roots has announced its next original production, describing it as a ‘black comedy murder mystery that not even Poirot could be bothered to work out’.
Following debut shows, Grimmsvalley and All About Halton, Soup Productions will be unveiling Murder At Cadberry Manor at The Brindley in Runcorn on October 26 and 27.
Padgate resident Mike Perks teamed up with two friends he met while performing and writing plays to set up Soup Productions.
The group’s aim is to encourage the next generation of north west talent by specialising in performing, writing, live music and everything in between.
The latest play, written by Mike Bell and Michael Pirks, will take audiences to Cadberry Manor, home of rich eccentric Sir Toby Le Rone on the last night of his life.
Join Inspector Harrietta Bo as she quizzes and interrogates the suspects such as Dr Wilbur Wispa Wisbur, Maid Malteaser and Louis ‘The Fruit’ Pastille.
n Murder At Cadberry Manor is at The Brindley in Runcorn on October 26 and 27.
Earlybird tickets are £10 until the end of April using the password ‘Easter egg’.
Tickets are £12 thereafter. Visit thebrindley.org.uk or call 0151 907 8360.
