Nicole Kidman is being honoured by the New York Film Festival in a gala tribute.
The Film Society of Lincoln Centre has announced that the Hollywood actress will be celebrated at its 50th annual event.
The festival will also honour its long-time director Richard Pena in a second gala.
Nicole's film The Paperboy has been added to the festival's slate. Directed by Lee Daniels, it also stars Zac Efron, John Cusack and Matthew McConaughey.
Pena is also programming director of the film society. He is stepping down from Lincoln Centre this year following his 25th festival.
The gala for Nicole will take place on October 3, with the Pena event following on October 10. The festival runs from September 28-October 14.
