SUBZERO temperatures meant that the majority of Nantwich Lake in Nantwich was frozen last month.
Jonathan White of Wistaston took this photograph of gulls that were resting on the lake’s ice.
He said: “I noticed that some gulls stood on one leg at a time to avoid both feet getting cold!”
