Hi Paula, of course he know s how much you loved him and he wants to thankyou for being his mum even if it was for such a short time.

I know you have felt stuck and you can’t carry on, you have even felt very old recently well your not! His words.

I know you have thoughts of when you were younger. He is happy and he will always love you he is trying to pick you up and see what gifts you have as a person.

I know you have done lots of things in the past and wonder will you ever feel happy again, you will just believe he is happy and will be waiting for you when you join him. But not yet.
