A DOZEN A-level students from Sir John Deane's College can look forward to a bright future after securing places at Oxford and Cambridge.
The 11 students pictured are celebrating and busily preparing themselves after being selected to study at two of the world's top universities.
The news has delighted teachers at the Northwich college who worked closely with the students in the run up to the tough selection process.
Tass Sgouros, head of student progression and guidance at Sir John Deane's, said: "The selection process for Oxford and Cambridge Universities is extremely rigorous and we are delighted that so many of our students have been successful.
"To be offered a place is a reward and acknowledgement for the candidates' hard work, application and ability.
"This has been the culmination of a lengthy application process and tough interview stage - sometimes lasting two or three days."
