The high levels of achievement reflect the strength of team work between students, their teachers and the support offered by parents. "As a college with an open sixth form our students’ results are even more impressive than some other institutions that apply strict criteria for entry on to their courses. "Our average points score is nearly 870 entry again reflecting high levels of success for students across all subjects. "There was a 100% pass rate in 30 out of 34 subjects for which students were entered. Top grades; A and B were awarded to 57% of our entries." Individual successes at Sandbach High School and Sixth Form College include Elise Aston who is heading to Cambridge and Samantha Coppenhall who was amongst the top ten who achieved the highest overall marks nationally in Psychology. Other notable achievements include Harriet Pomeroy (5 grade As), and Lucy Hill, Harriet Doubleday, Lucine Nahabedian, Cassandra Street all of whom achieved at least four grade As.
