A NANTWICH photographer has snapped up top honours at a prestigious international awards ceremony.
Greg Daly, of Ashford Daly Photography, won the Fuji Licentiate award category in the 2012 Master Photography Awards for his evocative documentary wedding image.
Hundreds of professional photographers from around the world attended the event in Newcastle.
Greg also achieved two awards of excellence for photographs in the Press and PR, and Landscape and Travel categories, as well as a merit prize in the Fine Art and Pictorial Image category.
Greg said he was ‘absolutely thrilled’ with the award.
He added: There is always an extraordinary amount of stiff competition from all corners of the professional photography global platform for every category, with every photograph entered by truly remarkable and outstanding photographers from right across the International arena.
“This year was no different, each category attracting many thousands of entries, so I am excited that four of our images made a real impact with the judging panel.”
