Alex ladies show off new kit
CREWE Alexandra Ladies Football Club has a new sponsor for the next two seasons.
The Market Shopping Centre has announced a new kit deal with the team.
Money from the sponsorship has already been spent on a new strip.
Alex Ladies manager and secretary, Nick Pearce, said: “It is a great privilege to have a successful local business on board and I feel that this is a partnership that will be of great benefit to both parties over the coming years.”
Crewe's Market Shopping Centre are holding a series of joint events with Alex over the coming months to help raise money for the club’s charity, Caudwell Children.
Team members held a Christmas gift wrapping station at the centre on Saturday, December 22, which raised more than £380.
Glenn Davies, centre manager at The Market Shopping Centre, added: “We are very proud to be supporting Crewe Alex Ladies.
"As a community based shopping centre we want to help raise the profile of great local clubs such as this and help them to achieve success.”
