NSPCC Rainbow House in Crewe will take receipt of the annual Easter egg mountain this Good Friday.
The United Reformed Church in Middlewich collect as many of the chocolaty treats as possible each year to give to children at the care and counselling home.
Church member Brian Buckley said: “This year we collected 270 eggs, a record number for us. The eggs have been donated by people from the church, together with groups who use the church hall.
“Morrisons supermarket in Middlewich and the Staff of Tesco, Middlewich also generously contributed.”
