Wistaston Singers are performing tomorrow Thursday 5th December – 5:30pm start – on Crewe Town Square (by Marks & Spencer) for St Luke’s Hospice.
They will also perform on Saturday, December 14, 3pm start, a the Christmas Carol Extravaganza in St Stephen’s Methodist Church, Gainsborough Road, Crewe.
Tickets are £6 including a buffet at the interval.
Proceeds to St Stephen’s Methodist Church and Wistaston Singers.
The Wistaston Singers were originally formed by members of the choir at St Mary's Parish Church Wistaston in May 2000 and now numbers over forty members singing four-part harmony music.
The choir perform a variety and eclectic choice of music ranging from choral church music and anthems, Gilbert and Sullivan items, music from the shows, music from modern composers such as John Rutter covering from the 17th century to the 21st century. The choir members are amateur singers who rehearse and perform for their enjoyment of music and singing.
