The ladies at the Crosville Club Wednesday Night Prize Bingo have raised a considerable sum of money to purchase food to be donated to St Pauls Pantry.
A book club raised £1,000 throughout the year and is part of ongoing charity events run by the ladies, that has included funds for the neo-natal unit at Leighton Hospital and The Cheshire Academy of Integrated Sports and Arts, Broad Street, Crewe, along with St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice. Rose Hodgkinson, organiserof the Wednesday Night Prize Bingo had been nominated to handover food purchased and donated, the food being handed over to Audrey Wilkin to co-ordinator of the St Pauls Pantry.
