CREWE Hall hotel is transporting brides and grooms back in time this winter by offering Downton Abbey style weddings fit for a Lord and Lady.
The ‘downton I dos’ wedding package will include key elements of the popular ITV period drama series, from staff dressed as housemaids, footmen and butlers, through to a Downton banquet.
Mart Lowerse, general manager at Crewe Hall, said: “Every couple is different when it comes to planning a wedding and this package offers a unique day for those looking for that historical twist.
“We’ve seen a range of quirky requests for themed weddings come through the doors this year but this particular package complements the historic, country setting that Crewe Hall offers - I think the staff are also looking forward to the Downton-themed dress too.”
