A CREWE business park is going for strength to strength aftera trio of new tenants moved into the facility.
The Duchy of Lancaster has completed another three lettings at Crewe Hall Farm Buildings and invested in a high speed broadband provision to support business growth in the rural area.
Active Brand Concepts Limited, Clarke Steel Distribution Limited and Provoke Design Limited have all signed leases, meaning there are now only two offices still available for let at the property.
Michael Frydman, urban surveyor of lands at the Duchy of Lancaster said: "Crewe Hall Farm Buildings offers an exceptional working environment and we have offered flexible terms and have been willing to listen and respond to tenants’ needs.
“The installation of a dedicated high speed broadband connection is an example of this.
“In making a significant investment in broadband infrastructure the Duchy has recognised the importance of, and current lack of, broadband provision in the countryside.”
Located in landscape grounds, alongside Crewe Hall, the former Victorian farm buildings have been redeveloped to provide modern, commercial office space, while retaining the character of their heritage.
