CREWE’S Mayor is set to hold a civic dinner and ball next month.
Clr Irene Faseyi will hold the event on February 15 with proceeds donated to the Mayor’s charities.
The Mayor has chosen to support MacMillan Cance Research, One-in-Eleven which aids the neonatal intensive care fund for Leighton Hospital, and Christians Against Poverty.
The event is set to take place at Crewe Hall and will begin at 7.30pm with entertainment later in the evening.
Clr Faseyi said: “I am pleased to be holding such an event which I hope will contribute greatly to my chosen charities. I am looking forward to the evening and wish to give my full appreciation for the organization and effort that is being put into it.
“I hope that the community will rally together to support the Ball and I look forward to meeting friends old and new on February 15.”
