PROPERTY developers have asked for conditions attached to an approved housing scheme in Crewe to be discharged.
Cheshire East Council approved CountrySide Properties’ plan to construct of 119 homes at the Bombardier site in West Street site on December 20.
Now the company want to remove conditions relating to tree protection and archaeological checks.
Removal of the conditions would allow the development to commence without any guarantee that existing trees on the site would be protected from removal.
To see the application, visit planning.cheshireeast.gov.uk and search under reference 14/0370D.
