VINE Tree Primary School students in Crewe learned about real magic as part of their World Book Day Celebrations this last week.
Ken Frodsham, author of The Mobile Phone of Jeremy Bone, dropped into school to talk about the magic of self-expression in creative writing.
Ken read from his book, about a retired schoolmaster who mistakenly receives a cell phone in the post, before presenting prizes to children who had made special fancy-dress efforts for the day.
