A DEVELOPER has appealed against Cheshire East's decision to refuse planning permission for an application to build up to 300 dwellings on Witter's Field in Wistaston.
Gladman’s appeal has been accepted by the Secretary of State, meaning Government inspectors will now decide whether they will overturn the borough council’s decision.
Residents launched a furious campaign against the proposals when they first surfaced in April 2013.
Cheshire East planners threw out the application out in January.
