POLICE are appealing for information following a serious road traffic collision in Crewe.
At around 1.25pm on Saturday, April 19 a black Mercedes car was in collision with a motorcycle on Mill Street, close to its junction with Herdman Street.
The motorcyclist, a 51-year-old man from Nantwich, suffered a serious leg injury and was taken to North Staffs University Hospital for treatment.
Officers are appealing for information and, in particular, would like to speak to the driver of a white Fiat 500 car who was travelling along Mill Street and may have witnessed the collision.
Anyone with information is urged to call Cheshire Police on 101, quoting incident 463 of 19/4/2014.
