AN Evening of music and song will remember the fallen of the First World War during a commemorative concert in Crewe.

The event at Crewe Lyceum Theatre will feature the Co-operative Funeral Care Band playing the works of composer Adam Shilton and The Funkychoir.com.

Music will accompany the world premiere of Where the Fallen Live Forever, a film by Adam Capper based on the book of the same name by Mark Potts, who has spent six years collecting the stories of the 1,186 men from Crewe and Nantwich who lost their lives in the conflict.

Tickets £10 are now available for the event at 7.30pm on August 4. Call the box office on 01270 368242.
