A COUNCILLOR is calling on Willaston residents to show strength in numbers by attending a planning inquiry for a proposed housing development.
Cheshire East councillor for Willaston and Rope, Brian Silvester, wants people to show their opposition to the 146-home scheme off Moorfields.
The inquiry, scheduled to last four days, begins at 10am on Tuesday, June 17 at Crewe Alexandra Football Club, Gresty Road, Crewe, CW2 6EB.
Residents who wish to speak at the appeal can email helen.skinner@pins.gsi.gov.uk quoting planning reference APP/R0660/A/14/2211721.
“Residents are asked to attend to show their strong objections to this application for houses in the Green Gap,” said clr Silvester.
