A TREE was deliberately set alight in Acton near Nantwich.
One fire engine from Crewe attended the incident at 10.37am on July 10.
Firefighters used a hose reel and a water backpack to put out the flames.
A thermal imaging camera was used along with a hand axe to inspect the tree for hotspots.
Anyone with information on the fire should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
