CREWE Audi scooped a prestigious gong at a respected annual awards ceremony.

The recently refurbished car dealer was named Audi Centre of the Year for Aftersales Service at the Audi Driver Annual Awards ceremony, held last month at a gala dinner in Swindon.

The award was made all the sweeter as the result was determined by the readers of Audi Driver magazine.

Readers vote for the individuals, companies and clubs they believed have contributed most successfully to the world of Audi motoring during the year.

After-sales manager at Crewe Audi, John Oakley, said: “I am thrilled to receive this on behalf of the after-sales team at Crewe Audi.

“Customer satisfaction and the service our customers receive after sale remain key to the terms of our business as well as our company ethos, and it is extremely satisfying that this has been recognised in these prestigious awards.”

Crewe Audi is part of the Swansway Group, who recently placed 58 in the annual Sunday Times Top Track 250, which ranks Britain’s leading private companies, moving up for the fifth consecutive year.

And the awards ceremony provided a double celebration for Swansway when neighbouring site Stafford Audi was awarded silver in the same category.

Mr Oakley added: “To see Stafford Audi secure Silver for after-sales service suggests that the training given to Swansway and Audi representatives and delivered to customers is clearly spot on.”

Crewe Audi recently splashed out £1.5m to refurbish its premises at Gateway and now boasts the biggest range of Audi vehicles in Cheshire.
