A LORRY flipped over in Crewe amid the commuter chaos caused by heavy snow – covering the road with fruit and sandwiches.
Emergency services were called around 6.27am this morning after a lorry flipped on its side along the A500 between Crewe and Nantwich.
The lorry was delivering fruit and sealed sandwiches, which ended up spilling out on the road.
No-one was hurt during the incident and the road was re-opened after being temporarily closed.
