The Cheshire East Council candidates for Crewe and Nantwich for the upcoming General Election have been announced.

Labour, the Conservatives, UKIP and the Green party all feature prominently. Two independent candidates will fight for a seat on Crewe West ward.

Crewe West End First is vowing to win a seat on Crewe St Barnabas.  

Nantwich First will hope to win a seat on Nantwich North and West.

Liberal Democrats do not feature a single candidate across Crewe and Nantwich.

Voting for the Cheshire East Council elections will take place on the same day as the General Election, which is on Thursday, May 7.
