CREWE Town Council and St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice have joined forces to create two special community charity markets.
The first market will take place in Crewe Town Centre on Sunday, July 12, to coincide with the council’s Crewe Festival.
The second will take place on Saturday, December 5, in Crewe Town Centre, to mark the beginning of the advent season in Crewe.
A spokesman for Crewe Town Council, said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with St Luke’s. “The markets will bring a great boost to the Town Centre and the events and activities planned.”
The money raised from both events will help support patient care and maintenance costs throughout the Mid and South Cheshire area.
Mark Porter, corporate and community fundraiser at St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice, said: “As a charity we rely heavily on donation and fundraising efforts and we are so grateful to be working in partnership with Crewe Town Council.”
