Police appeal for witnesses following road traffic collision in Shavington
POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a collision between a police car and another vehicle on Main Road near to Barons Road in Shavington.
At around 1am on Sunday June 21 the police car was hit by a Toyota Hilux, which appeared to target the police vehicle.
After the collision, the driver of the Hilux left the vehicle and made off in a dark saloon-type car that appeared to be travelling in convoy with the Hilux.
Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the incident, or who have any information about the dark saloon vehicle, to contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 67 of the 21/06/2015.
