BUSINESS is booming for a Nantwich hair salon following a publicity campaign featuring its loyal clients.

Clients of Gregory Roe salon on Mill Street stepped into the spotlight for a photo-shoot, marking its third anniversary in the town.

A Fiona Redfern, 22, took inspiration for her look from celebrities such as Lady Gaga and Rhianna who have turned grey into a new trend.

The images, showing clients from six to 60, are being used on posters and in advertising literature. They have created a buzz on social media and a flood of enquiries for similar cuts and colours.

Tracey Roe, who runs the family business with her hair stylist son Gregory and daughter, Kim, said: “We wanted to show ‘real people’ not picture perfect models.

“We use Wella and Tigi products in the salon and each provide images for advertising material but this way customers can see what our stylists can achieve.

“The grey look, which is on trend right now, was softened with pastel pink slices.

“Younger clientele really love this catwalk style which looks stunning on Fiona with her fashionable HD eyebrows framing the face.

“We have over 600 clients on our books and the images have become a real talking point amongst them. The appointments diary is busier than ever.”

The salon provides a full range of hair services by Vidal Sasson-trained Gregory, 27, and his team of 10 stylists.

Gregory Roe's beauty rooms offer massages, spray tans, facials, threading and gel nails as well as eyelash and brow treatments.

Tracey added: “As a family business, and not part of a hairdressing chain, we are entirely customer focused.

“The whole salon experience is important to us. We want clients to feel special and pampered from the moment they walk in the door.

“Having a great new hair cut can knock years off and boost confidence so we take time to listen to a client’s needs and discuss what we can do with all the great new colour and cutting techniques now available.”
