Trick-or-treaters can expect to enjoy temperatures of up to 17 degrees celsius for Halloween, as forecasters predict warmer than average autumn weather over the next few days.
Bookies have slashed the odds to just 6/4 that Halloween 2015 enters the record books as the warmest on record.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "Punters needn't be scared about the Halloween weather as the odds suggest there will be no toil or trouble this year."
