Passengers should expect delays of up to one hour and 15 minutes on Southeastern trains.
Affected routes are between Cannon Street and Slade Green, and between London Charing Cross and Dartford.
This has been caused by earlier signalling problems at New Cross.
Trains to and from Charing Cross are running again but there are ongoing delays due to the backlog of services.
Some trains may be diverted to start or terminate at London Victoria, London Blackfriars and Cannon Street.
MORE TOP STORIES Train company Southeastern has been hit with a catalogue of problems today (March 3).
Services between New Cross and London Bridge have either been cancelled, or have run more than an hour behind after the problem hit this morning.
Timetables were also revised as commuters were faced with up to a 75 minute delay.

Trains were starting at a number of different London stations due to the signalling issue.
Valid tickets were being accepted on London Underground and the DLR as the strained transport services tried to deal with the stranded commuters.

Irate commuters were able travel for free on the underground between Charing Cross and Victoria, where services were able to run from.
Passengers who are delayed by more than 30 minutes can claim compensation.
