FIRE crews attended a two-car collision in Nantwich Road, Wistaston, at 1.13pm on Sunday.
An outer cordon was set up by police as firefighters, and paramedics assessed the condition of a woman in one of the cars, who was then able to be released and handed into the care of paramedics.
The driver of the second car, a man, was also taken to hospital as a precaution.
Two fire engines from Crewe attended.
