A FEMALE pedestrian was taken to hospital following a hit-and-run incident in Walthall Street last night.
Police were called to the three-car collision at 11.27pm on Saturday, January 28, to find that one of the vehicles had been reported stolen and its driver had made off on foot.
Enquiries are ongoing to trace the driver, who is described by police as a short male, with 'eastern European features' and wearing a black t-shirt.
A female pedestrian was taken to hospital, but suffered only minor bruising and grazes.
Firefighters from Crewe also attended the incident, and found no one to be trapped in any of the vehicles.
