A TRAFFIC collision involving three cars has left one man needing hospital care and road closures on Middlewich Road.
Police were at 6:20am this morning after three cars, a silver Peugeot, blue Mazda and a silver Mercedes crashed near Leighton Hospital in Bradfield Green.
North West Ambulance service are currently at the scene with one driver, who is believed is to have suffered serious injuries, and has since been taken to hospital.
Road closures are in place near Leighton Hospital, with the A530 Middlewich Road closed from the junction of Flowers Lane and Brookhouse Lane.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue outlined that the collision left one man trapped in one of the vehicles.
It is not yet clear whether this man is also the one who has been taken to hospital.
