POLICE are urging witnesses to come forward after a Crewe newsagents was burgled.
In the early hours of Monday, March 20, between 1.20am and 3am, four men forced entry into McColls in Nantwich Road.
A police spokesman said: "While inside the property, offenders stole a significant amount of cash along with a large quantity of cigarettes before leaving in a vehicle at around 2.40am and travelling along Walthall Street.
"Anyone who may have any information is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 88 of March 20."
