COMMUTERS travelling north on the M6 face more disruption this morning after a crash and fuel spill caused more than 20 miles of tailbacks.
The incident happened shortly after 6.30am when a lorry crashed into a barrier.
Fuel spilled onto the road following the crash at junction 18 for Middlewich.
Two lanes were closed at first but all lanes have been reopened.
But motorists are warned there are long tailbacks on the route heading north, starting at junction 16 (Crewe).
Delays are expected to continue until 11.30am.
