POCHIN'S has started work on a 66,000 sq ft headquarters in Crewe for Radius Payment Solutions.

The Sunday Times’ Top Track 100 business will improve its capacity from its existing Herald Park site by up to 500 employees.

Work on the four-storey project at Crewe Business Park includes a gym, communal meeting areas and café, with work expected to be completed in spring 2018.

Bill Holmes, CEO of Radius Payment Solutions, said: “Staying in Crewe was always at the forefront of our plans for this exciting move.

“The area’s connectivity for growth as a business made it the obvious choice for us to keep our headquarters here.

“What we now have is the opportunity to create a unique, modern working environment for our staff that will further enhance our ability to attract the best talent.”

Consultants on the scheme include How Planning, AEW Architects, ABA Consultants, Abacus and SI Sealy.

Middlewich based construction and property specialist Pochin’s is at the heart of the project having secured Radius’s interest in the undeveloped plot

Bob Nicholson, director at Pochin’s, said: “This project is our first commercial office build since handing over the keys to Moneypenny’s ambitious new headquarters in Wrexham last summer.”

Radius Payment Solutions provides fuel card and fleet management solutions to business and commercial fleets.

It was established 27 years ago and now services over 100,000 business customers in 13 countries.
