Police investigate suspected arson in Crewe woodland
POLICE are investigating a suspected arson following a blaze on woodland in Crewe earlier this morning.
Firefighters were called to a wooded area opposite Collins Street at 6am.
On arrival, they found a large quantity of wood, approximately three metres by three metres, was set alight.
It is believed to have been started deliberately.
