POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Nantwich.
At 9am on Wednesday, August 16 thieves attempted to steal two bike from a property in Bankside Close in Barbridge.
The offenders broke into the address by the back entrance but were disturbed and made their escape empty-handed.
PC Simon Knowles, of Crewe local policing unit, said: “Although we have a brief description of the offenders, I want to urge anyone who many have more information to come forward and speak to officers so we can catch the people responsible.”
Both are described as male, one is aged 15 or 16 wearing tracksuit bottoms and other is aged between 28 and 30.
Anyone who saw suspicious behaviour or has information is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident 978 of August 16.
