A MOTORCYCLIST has been taken to Leighton Hospital following a crash involving two motorbikes and a car on the A534.

Cheshire Police were called out to the incident in Wrexham Road, Faddiley, at 1.20pm today, August 20.

The road was reopened at 5.40pm after officers had closed it while dealing with the incident.

One motorbike was travelling from Nantwich towards Wrexham when it crashed into a car travelling in the opposite direction.

The car then collided with a second motorbike, which was also travelling towards Wrexham.

The rider of the first motorbike sustained serious, but not life threatening injuries and was taken to Leighton Hospital.

All others involved suffered minor injuries.
