Crews extinguish tree fire in Crewe
FIRE crews called to reports of smoke coming from a building in Crewe just ended up extinguising leaves that were on fire at the base of a nearby tree.
They attended the scene in Wistaston Road last night and on inspection saw the burning leaves.
A hose reel jet was used to put out the fire.
