CREWE Police are appealing for witnesses to a theft of alloy wheels from two cars.
The incident happened at 1am on Saturday, September 23, when the offenders approached vehicles on a garage forecourt on Third Avenue, off Weston Road, Crewe.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: "The offenders used tools to remove the alloy wheels on two cars and they then smashed the rear windscreen of one of the cars before they were spotted by a security guard.
"The group then made off in a pick-up truck. One of the offenders is described as average height, wearing dark blue trousers and a dark blue hoody."
