FIREFIGHTERS were called out to tackle a house fire in Nantwich on Friday, October 13.
One fire engine from Crewe and one from Nantwich attended the incident in Bowyer Avenue at 1.37pm, where a fire had broken out on the first floor.
All people inside the house had evacuated it before the fire crews arrived.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet and a large fan to extinguish the blaze.
The crews then used a thermal imaging camera to check the property, and remained at the scene for an hour.
