A NEW campaign is challenging mid Cheshire residents to put their culinary skills to the test for a good cause.
St Luke's Simple Suppers is running throughout 2018 to celebrate 30 years of the hospice, with the chance to hold a dinner party each month with a new menu in return for a donation.
The Winsford-based hospice will release a new recipe online each month, and participants can be added to the wall of fame by sharing a picture on social media using #SimpleSuppersSelfie.
Phil Pettitt, head chef at St Luke’s, said: "Simple Suppers is an easy and fun way to help fund the care we provide at St Luke’s.
"The recipes I’ve chosen are simple and quick to prepare so you don’t have to be a skilled cook to create a delicious meal that your family or friends will be impressed with.
"The recipes can be adapted so feel free to swap any of the ingredients for something similar you may have in your fridge. Why not get creative in the kitchen and help St Luke’s celebrate our 30th anniversary in style."
