Plans have been submitted
PLANS have been submitted seeking permission to continue a hand car wash service for three years.
The plans relate to the former Vista Value Cars site on Vista Road, Newton-le-Willows. Permission was previosly granted for a temporary hand car wash in 2017.
There is also a separate application for the demolition of the existing building and erection of four new dwellings and associated works.
Proposals are on consultation until October 5.
