A TEENAGER has gone missing for the third time in under a month.

Cheshire Police have launched an appeal for help finding 15-year-old Rhys Blake.

It is the third time police have shared such an appeal, after Rhys went missing for seven days in August and then again, for four days, earlier in September.

He was reported as having been found "safe and well" on Tuesday (September 12) but has not been seen since.

Inspector Josh Jones, said: “Rhys has been missing before and has previously been located in the Blackpool area.

"He is known to sleep rough and we would urge anyone who sees him to get in touch.

“The same goes for anyone with any CCTV, dashcam, or video doorbell footage which could aid our enquiries.

“We would also like to appeal directly to Rhys to contact us.”

Rhys was last seen by family member at 3.20pm on Tuesday in the Ruskin Road area of Crewe, his hometown.

Following his disappearance, he is believed to have travelled to the Preston area on the afternoon of the 12 September.

Rhys also has links to Wigan, Manchester, Chorley and Crewe and police have previously stated he is known to use the rail network to travel around Cheshire.

He is described as white, of medium build, 5’ 8” tall, with brown hair and no facial hair.

He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, light grey trousers, a light grey jacket with a red zip, and grey trainers.

Anyone with any information as to the whereabouts of Rhys should contact Cheshire Police via cheshire.police.uk/tell-us or call 101, quoting IML-1643365.
