STUNNING Strictly Come Dancing champion Camilla Dallerup will take to the floor in Nantwich next year The 33-year-old British-based Dane kicks off a series of dances at the Civic Hall with professional dance partner Ian Waite on March 26.

Having lifted the crown with Holby City's Tom Chambers this month, Camilla's appearance is a coup for dance promoters Nick and Alison Gallagher of Midlands Dance Events.

Camilla and Ian's breathtaking five dance Latin cabaret will woo an expected sell-out crowd.

“We are so delighted that Camilla and Ian have agreed to join us for this, our inaugural dance at Nantwich," said Alison.

"They have become so popular with fans of dance through their association with Strictly and now that Camilla has finally been crowned champion there could not be a better time to see them perform.

"They are constantly in demand for public appearances and so it is a rare opportunity to be able to join them for what promises to be a fantastic event.”

Dance fever is set to stay in Nantwich.

“We will be hosting regular monthly dances at Nantwich Civic Hall throughout 2009, so thought that it would be great to begin our association with the venue with a special Spring Gala Ball," added Nick.

"Little were we to know when we booked Camilla & Ian that she would go on to lift the trophy with Tom Chambers.

"Her victory is the added bonus for our guests.

"We have worked with Camilla and Ian several times at venues across the Midlands and they never fail to delight their audiences with their stylish, theatrical cabaret dances.

"And then after their cabaret they are always delighted to meet with their fans to pose for photos, sign autographs and just generally chat.”

Tickets are priced at £30 per person, with discounts available for groups of 10 or more.
