STAFF at Crewe’s Lyceum Theatre are already busily preparing for this year’s pantomime Sleeping Beauty.
The classic fairytale will follow last year’s successful production Jack and the Beanstalk, which saw thousands come through the theatre’s doors.
The story of the princess who falls into a deep sleep after being the subject of the wicked queen’s spell has long captured audiences both old and young.
Steve Boden, producer of the show from WISH Theatre, said: “Sleeping Beauty is a classic tale of good versus evil and will be a great panto to come to Crewe later this year.
“There will be plenty of surprises and something for everyone so make sure you make a date in the diary to come along to what promises to be an even better show than last year.”
Tickets are now on sale. For more information contact the box office on 01270 537 333 or visit www.lyceumtheatre.net
