NANTWICH'S Oxfam store will be taking part in the charity's Book Fortnight next week to generate money and more volunteers.
Shop manager Pat Batty said she hopes the event will encourage many donations of books and music items.
She said: "As our contribution we are holding a Sealed Bid Auction in the shop during the two weeks.
"Also during this fortnight we will be selling all children’s books at half price."
Among the books in the Sealed Bid Auction at the Peppers Street store will be a signed first edition of Ian Rankin’s Death Is Not The End published in 1998.
