KEEN gardeners in Crewe and Nantwich are being given a chance to show off their skills in an annual competition.
Local housing provider Wulvern has announced its customer gardening competition is open to all its tenants.
There are categories for the best individual garden, best container display and best street or court.
Customer involvement manager Alison Hyde said: “This is a chance for all Wulvern customers to show off their gardening skills, whether they have a patch of grass, a decked area or a hanging basket we want to find our very own Alan Titchmarsh and Charlie Dimmock.
“The competition grows bigger every year and we would like as many customers as possible to take part.
“The competition is free to enter and there are prizes of up to £100 of gardening vouchers to be won!”
The deadline for entries is Monday August 31. To enter or for further information call 01270 503621.
